Financial and Insurance Information
For your convenience, we accept Visa and MasterCard. We also offer patient financing options through Care Credit and Capital One Healthcare Finance. If you are interested in learning more, ask our administrative team for assistance.
Our office does not establish fees according to any insurance tables or allowances. Office fees are based by the cost of operating a dental office dedicated to excellent care. As a courtesy to you, we will file insurance claims (most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks). Please provide us with your insurance information prior to your first appointment so that we may assist you with the handling of your insurance.
If you do not have insurance, payment is expected on the day of service. A call will be made to your insurance company on your behalf verifying your eligibility and coverage. With this information we will be able to calculate your estimated insurance coverage and your estimated patient portion. However, if we are not an in-network provider for your insurance carrier, there will be a difference in approved fees. Keep in mind that your insurance company will not guarantee payment to us on your behalf; therefore, we cannot extend a guarantee to you. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility.
