Sean Lee, DDS

Dr. Lee is a Board Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon. He grew up in New York. He received his undergraduate degree from Dartmouth College, where he achieved a Bachelor of Arts in Neuroscience and French. He then completed dental school at Stony Brook University School of Dental Medicine in his home state, graduating with Distinction for contributions in odontogenic stem cell research and achieving his Doctorate of Dental Surgery (DDS). During his time in dental school, he achieved multiple honors and served in leadership positions. 

Upon completion of dental school, Dr. Lee moved to the Bay Area, where he completed his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency at Highland – UCSF (previously University of the Pacific). There he served as chief resident at Highland Hospital, UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital, and Kaiser Permanente Oakland. He was also an Attending for oral surgery at the University of the Pacific dental school. During this time, he received extensive training in dentoalveolar surgery (including dental implant and wisdom tooth surgery), adult and pediatric anesthesia, orthognathic (corrective jaw) surgery, oral pathology, and facial trauma.

 Dr. Lee can communicate clinical oral surgery with patients in Mandarin Chinese, Spanish, and French.

 Outside of work, Dr. Lee enjoys spending time with his wife, friends, and his dog. He also enjoys golf, tennis, and live music.
